Information collected

The form collects your name, email address, optional business name, the requirement you describe, your consent, a generated record identifier, creation time, and an internal inquiry status.

How the information is used

Sir Kodington uses this information to understand your inquiry, assess an appropriate next step, respond to you, and keep a limited record of the conversation.

What not to send

Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment information, government identifiers, employee payroll records, medical details, or other secrets in the inquiry form.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Hostinger. Submitted inquiries are stored in the site’s WordPress database through Forminator, and an email notification is sent to the site administrator. The information is not used for advertising.

Retention

Inquiry form submissions are stored in WordPress for up to 365 days, unless deletion is required earlier. Email notifications may be retained only as reasonably needed to respond, manage the resulting business conversation, and meet legitimate recordkeeping needs.

Questions about inquiry data

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of submitted information, use the Contact page and identify the inquiry using the same email address.

Policy maintenance

This notice will be updated if the inquiry process, hosting arrangement, or data use changes.
